<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration of a cylinder device which executes an operating sequence for driving a die such as a die-cast machine. SOLUTION: The inside of a cylinder is subdivided into cylinder chambers 6 and 7 in front and in rear respectively, the cylinder chambers 6 and 7 are internally engaged respectively such that a primary side piston 9 and a secondary side piston 11 comprising an annular disc part and an annular cylindrical part are loosely engaged each other at their annular cylindrical parts, and the secondary side piston 11 is internally engaged with an actuating piston 10b such that an actuating piston rod 10 is holdingly supported. A primary front cylinder chamber 6a and a secondary rear cylinder chamber 7b subdivided by the pistons 9 and 11 on the primary and the secondary sides respectively are connected at a communicating channel 20 intervened by a relief valve 19. The valve 19 is switched in an open state by a predetermined pressure or a valve switching bar 18 standingly mounting on the primary side piston 9.</p> |
