PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition that comprises a polyester thermoplastic elastomer and has excellent rubber elasticity and retains high hardness. SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by treating a composition of the following component (A) and the following component (B) with heat dynamically in the presence of the component (C): (A) a polyester thermoplastic elastomer in an amount of 20-90 wt.%; (B) an ethylene-α-olefin-non-conjugated diene copolymer in an amount of 80-10 wt.%, prepared by copolymerization of ethylene, anα-olefin of 3-18 carbon atoms and a non-conjugated diene with a metallocene catalyst, having (1) a Mooney viscosity of 10-100 [ML1+4 (125 deg.C)], (2) a density of 0.850-0.890 g/cm3, (3) an iodine value of 1-50; (C) a crosslinking agent for the component (B) in an amount of 0.1-10 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the total of the components (A) and (B). |
