PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the malodor generated in a domestic garbage disposal container by providing a mesh cylinder for draining the water from the inner part of the domestic garbage disposal container and penetrating air. SOLUTION: A mesh cylinder 1 having a straight pipe 3 of the same diameter as a 90 deg.-curved pipe 2 connected to the lower end is set within a container prior to the storage of garbage, and the mouth of the straight pipe 3 is exposed out of the vessel, so that the water collected in the inner part can be drained to the outside, and air can be introduced to the inner part. The mesh cylinder 1 is connected to the 90 deg.-curved pipe 2 and the straight pipe 3, and vertically set on the ground one in the center of the container and six in annular form by use of support bars 4, and the mouth of the straight pipe 3 is exposed out of the container. The support bar 4 is integrally formed on the 90 deg.-curved pipe 2, and the bar 4 is inserted into the ground to fix the tool.
