PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothen advancing from a flat to a sloped face. SOLUTION: A cylinder 7 of a telescopic support body is arranged in a front part of an outrigger 8 slidable longitudinal-directionally in a crawler belt type transport vehicle 1, the cylinder 7 is brought into contact with the ground face to support a body of the dolly 1, and an attitude of the dolly 1 is controlled by extension and contraction of the outrigger 8 and the cylinder 7. The cylinder 7 is arranged in a tip of the outrigger 8 arranged in a front part of the body. The cylinder 7 is slid to prevent skidding of the body when the skidding of the body is sensed.
