PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recovery percentage for separating a weather strip from a car body by providing the weather strip with a fragile part with respect to the tension near a fixing part to the car body to comparatively easily separate the weather strip fixed to the car body. SOLUTION: A weather strip 2 is provided with a fragile part 10 contacting with the approximately whole surface of its thin part 2', and the thin part 2' is adhered to a car body 3 such as an outer periphery of a vehicle door and the like by a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape or adhesive 1. The fragile part 10 is formed as a layer having the comparatively low tensile strength in the direction to separate the weather strip 2 from the car body 3, by forming a thin section in contact with the thin part 2' in the molding of the weather strip 2, and contacting and attaching the section to the thin part 2' immediately after the weather strip 2 comes out from a mouthpiece, or forming a notch formed at a side of the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape of adhesive 1, of the thin part 2'.
