PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which has excellent extrusion moldability, vacuum moldability and color tone stability. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by adding (C) a high mol.wt. polymer having a weight-average mol.wt. of >=1,000,000 to a resin composition which comprises (A) a graft copolymer and (B) a vinylic copolymer. The graft copolymer A is obtained by graft-copolymerizing a monomer mixture comprising one or more kinds of monomers selected from (1) an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, (2) a vinyl cyanide-based monomer and (3) one or more other vinylic monomers capable of being copolymerized with monomers in the presence of a rubbery polymer. The vinylic copolymer B is obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture(MM) comprising two or more kinds of monomers selected from the monomers (1), (2) and (3), and contains vinylic copolymers in an amount of >=80 wt. % within a range of an average vinyl cyanide content±5 wt.% in a vinyl cyanide composition distribution.
