PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof pan structure of a unit bath preventing the occurrence of dead water as a ringleader of a bad smell, preventing the damage in an elastic packing from being covered with solidified fluid or imposing unreasonable load thereon, having high safety against a water leak because of the packing hard to break and eliminating the fixing of water and hot water supply pipes separately since the solidified fluid covers the elastic packing to fix the water and hot water supply pipes. SOLUTION: A waterproof pan 1 includes an opening (piping penetration 1a) leading water and hot water supply pipes 2 to the inside of a bath-room by making the water and hot water supply pipes 2 pass through from the lower part of the waterproof pan 1. Then, an elastic and membranous packing 3 such as rubber of the like for closing the piping penetration 1a to cut off and a packing fixed frame 4 for fixing the packing 3 from above are provided, and a space 5 surrounded by the packing fixed frame 4 is filled with the solidified fluid.
