PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail structure having sufficient strength even for the transportation of a heavy object and capable of being installed easily in a single rail transportation vehicle. SOLUTION: A main rail 1, which receives a drive wheel 3 of a transportation vehicle on a top face of a flange made of pressed steel constituted in H shape by a web and the flange and is engaged with a projection formed on a peripheral face of the drive wheel at substantially the center of the flange and in which a hole leading to the web is provided in the longitudinal direction of the flange, is tightened by a turnable mounting fitting 19 provided on a support base. A nipping fitting having a turn core on the same core as a turn core of the mounting fitting is provided in such a way that it does not become an obstacle against rolling of idler wheels 4, 5, 17 received by a lower face of an upper flange of the main rail 1, both side faces of a web part, and a lower face and both side faces of a lower flange, and an auxiliary rail is tightened on the nipping fitting by a bolt. Consequently, since relative heights of the main rail and the auxiliary rail become constant on both flat ground and inclined ground, this rail structure can be easily installed and can endure a load of a heavy object to be transported because a load to be applied on the auxiliary rail becomes uniform.
