SAUCE, DOUBLE-LAYERED YOGURT USING THE SAME AND INCLUDED IN VESSEL AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweet sauce and a double-layered yogurt comprising an upper layer of the sauce and a lower layer of a yogurt without requiring entangling with the yogurt by scraping up the sauce from the lower side of a vessel in the diet. SOLUTION: This double-layered yogurt is received in a vessel and is composed of an upper layer comprising a sauce having 10-25 sugar content and containing 1.0-1.5 wt.% of stabilizer and 0.1-1.0 wt.% of emulsifier and a lower layer comprising a yogurt containing milk as a main component. The double- layered yogurt is produced by filling a vessel with a yogurt at first, and secondary, charging a sauce comprising sugars, a stabilizer and an emulsifier on the upper side of the yogurt.
