PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve turbine performance by making hydraulic fluid flow along the external wall of a nozzle and reducing the separation of flow in a turbine nozzle. SOLUTION: In an axis turbine nozzle, wherein the rear edge of a nozzle blade is projectedly curved to a radial line in the peripheral direction, when Rc is taken as the radius at the crossing position of the tangential line contacting with the curved section of the rear edge of a nozzle root in the nozzle blade with the tangential line contacting with the rear edge of a nozzle tip section intersect, Rt is taken as the radius at the position of the rear edge end of the nozzle tip section, and Rr is taken as the radius at the position of the rear edge end of the nozzle root section, the nozzle is formed so that the crossing position of the both tangential lines coincides to a position which satisfies the inequalities, 0.7<(Rc-Rr)/(Rt-Rr)<0.9.
