PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riser unit with simple constitution capable of reducing a manufacturing cost, making light, facilitating the maintenance/conveyance, eliminating standing-up work of the riser unit in the case of lifting, at the same time, eliminating a fine adjustment of a floor board interval for correcting error in an interval of steel frames such as beams, girders or the like in every floor to greatly improve work efficiency of piping work, ensuring safety and reducing an operation cost including labor costs. SOLUTION: This riser unit is constituted of one sheet of floor board 2 having a plurality of openings 2a, piping inserting cylinder members 3 provided at the openings 2a, pipes 4 and 5 having piping joint devices 4a, 4b, 5a and 5b on both ends inserted into the piping inserting cylinder members 3 and piping bearing members 6 fixing the pipes 4 and 5 to the piping inserting cylinder members 3.
