PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire hydrant device which can be installed without making complicate the shape of a tunnel. SOLUTION: A case body 41 of a hydrant device 4 is installed on a rack 5 protruding from a wall surface of a tunnel 1 in the tunnel 1 which is formed almost in a circle with respect to a chord as a road surface 2 is arranged almost in the chord and a water discharge nozzle 43 and a fire hydrant valve releasing means 44 are arranged below the case body 41 so as to let them be pulled out of the case body 41 and positioned near the road surface 2. Therefore, the hydrant device 4 can be arranged in a space out of the way in the tunnel 1. Moreover, the discharge nozzle 43 and the hydrant valve opening means 44 can be arranged at a part near a surveillance path 3 and a position that facilitates operation of people.
