PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for optimizing media for isolating bacteria, fungi, and yeasts from an environment, based on kinds of microorganisms or a genetic pattern by simply identifying microorganisms in an environment using the PCR-RFLP method. SOLUTION: This is a method for optimizing media for isolating bacteria, fungi, and yeasts from an environment based on kinds of microorganisms or a genetic pattern by simply identifying microorganisms in an environment using the PCR-RFLP(Polymerase Chain Reaction-Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) method and by empirically relating kinds of microorganisms or a genetic pattern to isolating media, so as to be able to isolate and analyze substantially all the bacteria, fungi, and yeasts from an environment. |
