FOAMING DRINK

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming drink readily foaming with only shaking and giving excellent stability of generated bubble without using an additive such as a foaming agent, a stabilizer or a thickener. SOLUTION: This foaming drink has excellent foaming property and is obtained by including 0.2-5 wt.% of casein protein and 0.07-5 wt.% of whey protein, and a weight ratio of the casein protein to the whey protein is (casein protein/whey protein) of (1/0.35-1).
