<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deformation of an end without increasing the number of steps or without complicating a mold by molding a cylindrical component by using the mold in which a stripper plate is constituted so that an end of the component brought into contact with the plate is chamfered or formed in a round shape. SOLUTION: A recess 12 us provided at a stripper plate 5. Here, a void space 6 for pouring a material has an oblique surface on an outer periphery of its lower end. A guide roller of a product is formed in a chamfered shape at its lower end. The space 6 provided in an upper mold 1 is shallowed by an amount corresponding to a depth of the recess 12 provided at the plate 5 with respect to a length of the guide roller, that is, the overall length of the space 6. A material is cast from a gate 7, molded, two molds 1, 2 are separated, the plate 5 is projected, and a component is discharged. Thus, spreading of the end of the component can be prevented without complicating the mold or without executing secondary processing.</p> |
