摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the design and appearance and improve pollution resistance by applying a cover coat containing an antibacterial agent internally or on the surface to the surface of the main body of a humidity controlling building material by specifying the area and thickness of a glass layer produced by the cover coat thereby making the humidity controlling performance higher than a particular proportion before applying the cover coat. SOLUTION: Presence of 0.1 to 10 wt.% of an antibacterial agent or photocatalyst of 1 to 20 wt.%, for example, is assured internally or on the surface of a cover coat layer at the surface of the humidity controlling building materials and the antibacterial effect or decomposition effect of poisonous gas components are secured. Also, the humidity controlling performance of the main body of humidity controlling building materials is desired to have the performance of higher than 80% before cover coating, for this purpose, the glass layer formed by the cover coat is considered as less than 90% of area region occupying the surface of the main body of the humidity controlling building material, the maximum thickness of the glass layer is considered as less than 300μm, thereby preventing the decrease in the humidity controlling performance and obtaining pollution resistance improving effect. Design performance can be enhanced by applying the cover coat to the surface thereby providing the humidity controlling building materials having high commodity values with the improved pollution resistance.</p>
