摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof engineering method for permeated water leakage in a concrete construction, capable of rapidly executing water cut-off of permeated water leakage occurring, for example, in a tunnel covered part, a tunnel for a subway, a manhole, a culvert for underdrainage, an underground passage, a storage tank, an underpass, a sewage treatment, tank and providing a long-term stable waterproof layer. SOLUTION: A quick setting cement having the ratio of cement to sand aggregate (C/S) of cement and sand as an aggregate of 1/1 to 1/4 (weight ratio) and quick setting performances of 5-15 minute hardening time is formulated with 10-30 wt.% of a polymer emulsion and kneaded to give a polymer cement mortar, which is applied to a mesh fabric net 4 having a network structure previously stuck to a waterproof part 3 of a body and hardened.
