PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for a car interior having a thermoplastic elastomer compsn. layer and a foam layer and excellent in emboss retention property, oil resistance and formability and a car interior part comprising this laminate. SOLUTION: A laminate for a car interior contains a thermoplastic elastomer compsn. layer and a foam layer and the thermoplastic elastomer compsn. layer comprises a thermoplastic elastomer compsn. containing 3-25 wt.% of (A) a propylene/ethylene block copolymer, 5-40 wt.% of (B) an ethylene/ethylenic unsaturated ester copolymer, 10-40 wt.% of (C) an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer and 30-60 wt.% of (D) a partially crosslinked olefinic thermoplastic elastomer compsn.
