PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugate yarn suitable for attaining cloth characteristics such as dry and springy feeling, bulkiness and light feeling while keeping excellent abrasion resistance and uniformity and provide a woven or knit fabric produced by using the yarn. SOLUTION: The objective conjugate yarn is composed of (A) a fiber bundle having a core-sheath structure comprising filament yarns disposed at the core side and staple fibers at the sheath side and (B) a fiber bundle composed exclusively of filament yarn, wherein the bundles A and B are subjected to real twisting to twist the bundles with each other. One or both of the fiber bundle A and the fiber bundle B have a hollowness of 5-40%.
