PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain plating equipment free from discharge of boron and water out of the equipment. SOLUTION: Rinse tanks 2, 3 are fed with new water, and the water used for washing works in the rinse tanks 2, 3 is fed to a nickel plating tank 1. A nickel plating solution Wn introduced into the rinse tanks is hereby returned to the nickel plating tank 1. A part of water in the nickel plating solution Wn in the nickel plating tank 1 is evaporated by means of a low temperature evaporator 10, and the nickel plating solution Wn is returned to the nickel plating tank 1 again. Because in the low temperature evaporator 10 air is blown together with the nickel plating solution Wn against a heat exchanger 12, the part of water in the nickel plating solution Wn can be effectively evaporated and the temperature of the falling residual nickel plating solution Wn does not increase and the thermal deterioration and degradation of useful plating materials can be prevented.
