PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the submarine phenomenon in the generation of impact without complicating an assembling process of a seat by executing the sub-assembling by assembling a power generator, a part of an antislipping member and a locking mechanism in a casing in advance. SOLUTION: A sub-assembly comprises a rectangular cylindrical casing 4, an arm 5 as a part of an anti-slipping member vertically rotatably supported to the casing 4 by a supporting part 5a, a power generator 7 received in the casing for driving the arm 5, and an one-way lock mechanism 14 supported by the casing 4, a free end of a piston rod of a piston member of the power generator 7 is connected by a pin 6 to a slot 5b formed on a position offset from the supporting part 5a of the arm 5 through a guide hole 4c. The sub-assembly can be fastened to a seat frame on a fastening part 2a by means of a bolt.
