<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a composite with internal impact of reinforcing useless fiber is provided to recycle materials with low cost of manufacture by regenerating and processing the useless fiber without causing pollution. CONSTITUTION: In the method for manufacturing the composite with internal impact of reinforcing useless fiber, three progresses are included. In the progress of dispersing, the useless fiber is put into water of 80deg.C and is stirred in a stirrer; the thickness becomes 2-3mm on a net; it is dried in a drier of 100deg.C for 3 hours; and the dispersed fiber is gained. In the progress of mixing, the useless fiber manufactured in the progress of dispersing is cut with the regular size, and the volume ratio of the fiber becomes 10-30wt.% by melting and mixing resin such as useless vinyl, PE and PET. In the progress of forming, the composite is formed in a regular temperature and pressure by putting preparatory composite mixed in the mixing progress. The forming pressure is 200Kg/cm¬2 and the manufacturing temperature is 110deg.C-220deg.C.</p> |
