CONSTITUTION: An operation method for an ultra high frequency oscillation tube of a microwave oven includes the steps of controlling and condensing thermions emitted from a cathode(132) with a bias voltage of a first grid(134), accelerating electron beams by a difference of electric potential between the first grid and a second grid(142), generating microwave by reducing the electron beams between the second grid and an anode(146) and inducing a surface current in an output cavity(140), carrying out feedback of the microwave partially to supply to an input cavity(130), and transmitting ultra high frequency power from the output cavity to an antenna(150) to emit.
