PURPOSE: A forcible opening method of an elevator door is provided to keep an elevator door closed at the lowest speed without stopping and not to open the door even when an automatic door closing signal is output. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor stops a motor(4) of an elevator and decides whether a command to open doors(1,1A) is input when the doors are closed completely. If the command to open the doors is input, the microcomputer stops the motor and performs the command to open the doors. The microprocessor keeps the lowest closing velocity of the elevator doors regular even though the doors are closed completely. Thereby, the doors are not opened forcibly. The microprocessor checks the forcible opening and the operation of a complete closing sensor(13) of the doors by external force. Finally, the microcomputer decides the command to open the doors according to a detected signal when the complete closing sensor is turned on.
