摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are the titled alloying method by plating a metal of an element to plate on the surface of a metal or alloy material and melting its surface with a laser beam in air and a method for repairing the surface of damaged metal or alloy material. Therefore, an alloy layer having excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, fatigue resistance and rust resistance is formed on the surface of a metal or alloy, in particular Ni-based alloy. CONSTITUTION: A chrome-coating layer is formed on the surface of mother material comprising a Ni-based alloy as alloy 600 by electroplating and the material surface is melted with a laser beam to form an alloy layer. Inactive gas or nitrogen gas is blown to the position to be melted to prevent surface oxidation when material surface is melted with a laser beam.
