A hygienic method for processing and preserving olives and figs, according to which the olives and figs, which are clean, of any variety, from anywhere in the world, ripe to a greater or lesser extent, and which come from trees cultivated organically or not, are packaged immediately after harvesting, with or without various spices in bags or boxes of various sizes made of plastic or some other material, are deep-frozen from 0 to -40 degrees Celsius, are kept deep-frozen and are sold while deep-frozen. Before deep-freezing, the olives can be dehydrated with the aid of atmospheric air, whether cooler or warmer, in dark or shady places. This offers the possibility of tastier and healthier food. |
