PURPOSE: An address transition detection circuit is provided to implement a profitable layout by reducing the number of transistors, and to allow a noise reducing circuit to be employed in an address transition detection summation(ATD SUM) circuit by preventing noise components such as short pulses from being transferred. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second address transition detection signal generating part(100,200) generates address transition detection signals by an electric charge and transmission according to an address signal fed thereto through an input terminal. A feedback part(300) combines the address transition detection signals to create the ATD SUM signal with a certain pulse width. The feedback part(300) feeds the ATD SUM signal back to the first and a second address transition detection signal generating parts(100,200) until the ATD SUM signal is adjusted to a wanted pulse width.
