PURPOSE: A device for improving a closing property of a door is provided to smoothly close the door by quickly removing an increase of pressure inside a vehicle, to secure the riding comfort and to improve the productivity and the reliability by preventing the increase of pressure inside the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A discharging port(11) to connect an inside of a vehicle with an outside of the vehicle is formed in a car body(10). A damper for opening/closing(13) the discharging port is installed in the discharging port(11). An actuator(12) is combined with the damper(13). The discharging port(11) is opened/closed by operating the damper(13) through the actuator(12). The actuator is accessed to an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(20) and a battery(22) is connected with the ECU. A pressure detecting sensor(21) is installed inside the vehicle. The pressure detecting sensor(21) is connected with the ECU(20). In generating abnormal pressure inside the vehicle, the damper(13) is operated by controlling the actuator(12). Thereby, the door is smoothly closed by suppressing an increase of the pressure inside the vehicle.
