PURPOSE: A food dregs collecting vehicle is provided to use exhaust gas of a vehicle as heat source while fermenting food dregs inside of a collecting tank and to safely transfer by aiding a drum lifter and fixing a transfer trolley between a cabin and the collecting tank. CONSTITUTION: Action of fermenting food dregs is performed during collecting or transferring to an arrival spot, herein a transfer trolley(130) is fixed between a cabin(100) and a collecting container to transfer. At both ends of the trolley, a lift bar(170) lifting the trolley is installed. A rack(200) corresponding to a pinion gear(190) in a bracket(180) is connected lengthwise with a rod of a cylinder. So the rack conducts a rectilinear movement for the pinion gear to rotate for transferring the lift bar. In case of collecting food dregs with the lift bar(170) in two steps, only one step is used and in transfer, a two-step lift bar is all used by a cylinder device.
