PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated biosensor for electrochemical detection by arranging a first conductive material carrier on a second conductive material on an insulated base board and extracting a physical/chemical change generated between a substance to be measured and a recognitive substance via an electrode and a wiring circuit. SOLUTION: A carrier made of a first conductive material is arranged on a second conductive material on an insulated base board, and a physical/ chemical change generated between a substance to be measured and a recognitive substance is extracted via an electrode and a wiring circuit. As a recognitive substance recognizing a substance to be measured is a biological substance having a molecular recognition ability, an enzyme, a substrate, a coenzyme, an antigen, an antibody and the like are available. As a combination of the substance to be measured and the recognitive substance, a combination of enzyme - substrate, coenzyme - enzyme, antigen - antibody or the like is available, for example. For fixing a recognitive substance, a method using a covalent bond or an ion bond, a cross-linking method or the like is used. A ferromagnetic material, nickel desirably, is used for the first and second conductive materials. |
