PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate response intrinsic to a client by judging whether the client exists inside or outside of a country and in addition, whether a file to be requested is accessible by the client or not from the requested contents of a web server. SOLUTION: An access is discriminated whether it is from the outside of the country or the inside of the country in response to input of a request 1 by an overseas access discriminating part 2. Propriety of file access is discriminated by referring to an accessible file table 31 to indicate correspondence relation between the file and access permission information to indicate the propriety of access to the file by a file access propriety discriminating part 3. When the access is permitted, a response 5 is generated. Thus, only many specific persons are enabled to make access to the file with property that no problem occurs when the access is made from the inside of the country, however, legislative procedures are required when it is brought to overseas on the web server. |
