PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information processing system capable of accessing data by generating and executing a program that can be executed by a program language processing means to data being an access object and to a program language processing means having no access interface even though a specific interface description language is understood. SOLUTION: A generation processing means 11 stores input data 16 being data of an access object in a data storing means 13 which has an interface regulated by an interface description language understood by a program language processing means 14, automatically generates an execution program for accessing the means 13 on the basis of the interface and the format of the data 16 and accesses the data 16 stored in the means 13 by executing the program by the means 16.
