PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely replace an upper developer flowing layer and a lower developer flowing layer by simple constitution without applying load to the developer. SOLUTION: This developing device 2 is provided with plural developing rollers and constituted so that a developing action is executed by a two- component developing method. Besides, it is provided with two or more developer flowing layers being the first developing layer in which the developer flows and the second developer layer regulated by a doctor plate. Then, a developer layer replacement member 16 is arranged in a circulation path formed in the developing device 2 and positioned at a more downstream side than a position where the developer is mixed. |
