PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite camera capable of taking out the battery of an electronic still camera or the battery of a silver salt camera from a camera without hesitation at the time of exchanging a battery as the composite camera where a silver salt camera part and an electronic camera part are driven by different batteries, and a battery takeout structure for electronic camera which is simple. SOLUTION: As for this composite camera 10, an APS battery 84 is housed in a battery chamber and the camera 10 is provided with a battery cover 112 opening/closing the battery chamber. Then, a DSC battery 86 is housed in a battery chamber 102, and the camera 10 is provided with a battery cover 88 opening/closing the battery chamber 102. When the cover 88 is opened at the time of exchanging the battery 86, the battery 86 is taken out earlier than the battery 84.
