PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reverse rotation of a winding dial and to prevent the damage of related parts caused by the rotating operation of the winding dial at the time of locking winding knob. SOLUTION: A lock gear is formed on the inner wall surface of the winding dial 6 rotatably attached to a waterproof case, and a check pawl member 65 preventing the rotation in a direction reverse to a film winding operation by meshing with the lock gear is turnably assembled to the lower part of the dial 6. A pair of engaging parts 57 which can be freely elastically deformed is formed on the lower surface of the dial 6. A part 33 to be engaged with which the engaging part 57 is engaged so as to transmit rotation is formed on the upper surface of the winding knob 31. When the dial 6 is operated to rotate in the case of locking the rotation of the knob 31, the engaging part 57 is elastically deformed, so that it is disengaged from the part 33 to be engaged.
