PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the gathering process time of a tape fiber and remove increase of transmission loss of single mode type optical fiber in a stranding-up process by laminating and receiving tape fiber, coating inner layer ultraviolet ray hardening resin thereon, and further coating outer layer ultraviolet ray hardening resin thereon. SOLUTION: Colored optical fiber wire 1 is constituted so that single mode type optical fiber is coated with ultraviolet ray hardening resin, and colored by ultraviolet ray hardening type coloring agent. For example, in a eight core tape fiber 2, eight colored optical fiber wires are laterally arranged to be gathered, and they are coated with ultraviolet ray hardening resin in a lump. The Young's modulus of ultraviolet ray hardening resin coating the single mode type optical fiber, and the Young's modulus of ultraviolet ray hardening resin coating the colored fiber wire 1 arranged in a row, are decided by stress resisting characteristic of the single mode type optical fiber. The eight core tape fibers 2 are laminatedly gathered, they are coated with inner layer ultraviolet ray hardening resin 4 from the upper side, and further coated with outer layer ultraviolet ray hardening resin 5 from the upper side.
