PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize measurement of an electromagnetic noise in a long period with a simple device. SOLUTION: This recorder is equipped with an electromagnetic noise sensor 1 for measuring an electromagnetic noise generation time having a prescribed intensity with a unit time, a buffer part 2 for adding and memorizing the electromagnetic noise generation time measured by the electromagnetic noise sensor 1, and for generating an output signal, when the added electromagnetic noise generation time exceeds a counter operation threshold time, a primary counter part 3 for inputting the output signal from the buffer part 2, and for generating an output signal obtained by converting the electromagnetic noise generation time into a voltage, a secondary counter part 4 for generating an output signal, when the voltage of the output signal generated from the primary counter part 3 exceeds a prescribed voltage, and a recording part 5 for recording the output signals from the primary counter part 3 and the secondary counter part 4 with a discrete time.
