PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the manufacturability of the ribs of heat exchanger elements which form air supplying and exhausting flow passages by making the ribs efficiently formable in a free pattern. SOLUTION: A transfer roller 9 having synthetic resin material transferring grooves Sa, Sb, and S1-Sn which are formed correspondingly to the arranging pattern of ribs La and Lb provided on the side faces of heat exchanger elements 5a and 5b and a pressing roller 9 or a partition plate press-contacting roller which rotates in a state where the roller is press-contacted with the roller 9 are provided and the ribs La and Lb are transferred and stuck to a partitioning plate paper material 6 in the above-mentioned arranging pattern by injecting a molten resin 16 from an extrusion molding machine into the grooves Sa, Sb, and S1-Sn of the transfer roller 9 and, in addition, introducing the paper material 6 between the transfer roller 9 and pressing roller 8 or partition plate press-contacting roller.
