PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save space by unitizing the centering of a test tube and a chuck when automatically attaching a bar code label to the test tube. SOLUTION: A test tube 2 is positively and safely retrieved without being bound to an overall size of the test tube 2 by making the shape of a chuck part 10 a V-groove shape, enabling it to hold even during power failure by means of a reduction ratio of a ball screw 5, providing a built-in spring below a link spindle 9 of test tube 2 chuck part 10, and corresponding to a difference in diameter of the test tube 2. Moreover, a holding state is continuously maintained even during an abnormal time.
