PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor higher in sensitivity and more excellent in response. SOLUTION: A frog-shaped member comprising a substrate 41 and needles 42 is used as a resistance element 4 for a sensor 1. An electrode plate 3 is fixed to the reverse side of the substrate 41. An electrode plate 2 is fixed parallel to the electrode plate 3 at tips of the needles 42. Synthetic resin 6 is applied to a substrate 41 side portion between the needles 42. The cross-sectional diameter of the needle 42 is preferably not less than 0.01μm and not more than 10000μm.
