MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mobile communication system to select a communication opposite party by designating a concrete position. SOLUTION: A server stores and manages position information (latitude and longitude) of each mobile station 22. When a mobile station 22 transmits a mail including designation of its own position range and information to be served to the server 12, the server 12 discriminates whether or not each mobile station 22 is resident within the range on the basis of respective position information of the mobile stations 22 and the range (longitude and latitude in the center of the mobile stations 22 and its radius) denoted in the mail to obtain user names (telephone numbers) of all the mobile stations 22 resident in this range. When many mobile stations 22 are resident within the range, the server 12 limits the number of the mobile stations 22 on the basis of attributes of the users or the like and transmits a mail including the served information to each of the mobile stations 22 obtained finally.
