<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a light emitting/receiving element in a simple structure, and to simplify an element manufacturing process, and to facilitate countermeasures to various kinds by making narrow a space which is a light shielding resin insertion region according to the thickness of semi-solid resin, and easily forming a light shielding part, even if the shape of the light shielding is curved. SOLUTION: Instead of having a light shielding part 4 formed preliminarily, a light shielding resin insertion region 4' is formed by a transfer mold so that the light shielding part of a light emitting/receiving element can be made thin, and the flexibility of level of design can be obtained, and the miniaturization of the element can be attained, and a shielding effect can be maintained. Also, light shielding resin which is a semi-solid resin is injected into the light shielding resin insertion region 4', and thermoset so that this process can be simplified, and cost can be reduced.</p> |
