PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas leak alarm device which makes time until a microcomputer gas meter is shut same even when the gas leak alarm is connected to an S type microcomputer gas meter or a microcomputer gas meter which is not S type. SOLUTION: An interface circuit 25 adjusts the delay time which is set in a timer T by using an adjusting means to make the two of times same; namely, the time until a shutoff valve 14 is shut by a gas leak alarm signal outputted from the gas leak alarm device when an S type microcomputer gas meter is connected to the gas leak alarm device for the S type and the time until the shutoff valve is shut by a gas leak signal as a continuous ON signal when a microcomputer gas meter which is not S type is connected to the gas leak alarm device.
