PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery high in discharge capacity and good in charge/ discharge cycle, by mixing base macromolecule with a specific ratio of a non-ion polymeric surfactant having polyoxyethylene chain and polyoxypropylene chain, and using composite macromolecule impregnated with electrolyte liquid as electrolyte. SOLUTION: A non-ion polymeric surfactant represented by a formula (a, c are 5-300, and b is 5-250) of 0.1-30 wt.% is mixed to base macromolecule to form composite macromolecule. Preferably, a+c: b is 1:20-100:1. Copolymer with number average molecular weight of 10000-500000 is preferable which is composed of polyoxyethylene chain with 50-10000 polymerization degree, block chain having polyoxypropylene chain, and block chain of vinyl copolymer. Because the non-ion polymeric surfactant has ion conductivity, a high molecular electrolyte film is formed on an electrode without reducing transportation value of lithium cation, and joint ability of the boundary between the electrode and the high molecular electrolyte film is improved. |
