PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily inhibit a secret document from being formed as an image by detecting a mark at a specific position in read image data and superposing additional information at the specific position of the image data when the mark is detected. SOLUTION: A control part 10 commands to a scanner part 1 to scan and record an original document A in an image memory 2. A mark/additional information detection part 3 decides whether or not the mark is detected at the specific position in the image data recorded in the image memory 2. When the mark is detected, a mark/image deletion part 6 deletes the detected mark. An additional information superposition part 5 reads the additional information recorded in an additional information recording part 4 and superposes it at the specified position. The control part 10 reads image data having the additional information superposed out of the image memory 2 and an image formation part 9 forms an image, so that the formed document B is outputted. This additional information is used to inhibit subsequent image formation. |
