PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly learn display frequency of a home page screen including loaded down advertisement at an offline via the Internet. SOLUTION: A home page is loaded down from the Internet to be connected via a modular part 24, preliminarily stored in a data storage part 23a and displayed at the offline state by communication equipment with offline display function. The display frequency of each page is counted by a counter of a URL information memory 23b by every page. When connection is made to the Internet, the URL which is the same as the URL to which access is made to a country code is retrieved whether it is stored in a URL information memory 23c by every provider or not by a URL retrieving part 20g by every page, when it is stored, the URL and a counted value of the same provider are retrieved from link information from the URL information memory 23b by every page by a URL retrieving part 20g for every page and outputted from a link destination detecting part 20e.
