PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a counter flow preventing operation in power source devices which are driven in parallel. SOLUTION: A main switch 15 inserted into the outputs of main circuits 11, 12 and 13 in series, a first power source 16 for driving the main switch, an auxiliary switch 18 for opening/closing the output of a second power source 17 and controlling the main switch, and the second power source for driving the auxiliary switch, are installed. Thus, the counter flow of current between power source devices can surely be prevented by controlling the main switch with the auxiliary switch.
