PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tripper capable of being easily installed by opening a contact of a circuit breaker to be coupled after the detection of residual current exceeding a preset limit by a detecting device capable of installing auxiliary devices for circuit breaker on both sides having existence of residual current circuit breakers. SOLUTION: An enclosure is constituted of a first base part 1 having a plurality of pivots and a second part 14 to be a cover. A plurality of vertical teeth 15 of the base 1 and a sheet 16 of the corresponding cover 14 are connected by a snap function. An insulating enclosure stores a mechanism 100, has two supporting functions and has an self-sustaining modular structure. A circuit breaker is provided with a connectable tripper as a single block. As a result, components existing at the outside of the tripper are not affected, each component can be directly interposed and all changes or displacements between assembly processes can be performed.
