PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light source device constituted so that the alignment of the optical axes and the foci of a light source part and a beam shaping lens can be easily adjusted with high accuracy and it can be adjusted even in an image forming device specially having plural light source parts. SOLUTION: This light source device 10 is constituted so that a circuit board 14 holding a semiconductor laser 12 can be moved along the side wall 63 of an optical box 62 and the fitting position thereof is adjusted by an adjustment screw with a fixed flange 16. Then, a lens holding pedestal 20 to which a collimator lens 22 is fitted can be moved in an optical axis direction independently of the board 14. Besides, the pedestal 20 is pressed to the laser 12 side by the leaf spring part 30A of a spring 30 and interposed between an adjustment screw 18. Thus, the alignment of the optical axes is executed by operating the board 14 from the outside of the box 62 and moving it within a plane surface being vertical to the optical axis. Besides, the alignment of the foci is executed by moving the screw 18 forward and backward and moving the pedestal 20 in the optical axis direction.
