PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock where the outer periphery of a transparent second hand board is formed in a special shape, the second hand board is linked to an arm part with a dummy animal for moving the dummy animal being attached to the tip of an arm shaft column together, and visual effect and interest are increased. SOLUTION: A plurality of up-and-down shapes are provided in a board edge 2 of a transparent second board 1. An arm 4 is provided at a place where the up-and-down-shaped board edge 2 can interfere, and a weight 3 is mounted at one side. In the arm 4, an arm shaft column 5 is provided. A pad base 6 for receiving the arm 4 is provided, and an arm shaft column reception hole 7 is provided on the pad base 6. The arm shaft column is passed through the arm shaft column reception hole 7, and a dummy animal 8 is attached to the tip of the arm shaft column 5.
